Mr. Shiryak leads the real estate transactions department at SBAGK. With twenty-four years of experience, he has participated in thousands of real estate closings. Mr. Shiryak understands the importance of having experienced and compassionate counsel throughout the process of buying or selling real property. He has worked with everyone from sophisticated investors and large banks to families preparing to purchase their first home.

Mr. Shiryak attended SUNY Plattsburgh and earned a B.A. in Business & Economics in 1997. In 2000 he earned his JD from New York Law School in downtown Manhattan. He is licensed in the State of New York.

Before co-founding SBAGK, Mr. Shiryak opened and has managed his own practice since his first year as an attorney.
